Snakes

Snakes are a limbless reptiles, covered in scaly skin and usually found in warm areas, both underground and on the surface. Few of the snake species are poisonous. Some species have particularly unique skins, for which they are hunted in some corners of the world.

Physiology

Snakes are cold-blooded creatures, much like their distant reptilian kin the slithzerikai and other lizards. Most snake species range from green to brown colouring, but some have bright colour schema as a deterrent for potential predators.

Behaviour

Due to their cold-bloodedness, snakes can be found almost anywhere on Ermarian but the very coldest or hottest of places. Snakes can be most often found in packs, or small groups. Snakes are predators, hunting mice and other similarly-sized fauna. Seldom, some snake species attack even bigger prey.
