Imperial courier is an occupation that involves delivering mail and packages from one area of the Empire to another for pay. Often, they ride horses to increase speed of travel, as their are often time frames in which the package or mail must be delivered. The job doesn't pay well, and is often dangerous in less settled areas like Valorim, but is worth it for many couriers today.
