Map of the Northern Frontier

The Northern Frontier is the name of the most recently discovered cave system beyond the Northern Waters in Northern Avernum. Due to it's untamed (or unclaimed) land and great natural wealth, the frontier drew large numbers of people seeking their fortune. Another reason for this migration of people was the post-Reconciliation population boom in Avernum which put a strain on resources.
