Rita Cskany is the librarian of Patrick's Tower. Along with Patrick, Rita was the chief researcher who worked on identification theory. The two were largely responsible for Avernum's great advances in identification, made after Reconciliation.
Rita spent most of her career living at the Tower and studying under Patrick. In her early days, she wrote numerous papers analyzing the workings of different magical items.
