I'm good at messing with your mind then. :P You can check E3 again (and so will I), but I'm fairly sure that Jeff never mentioned this. For one, the name is too "romantic" to be Vogel - both the glorification of Erika (Redmark College) and the repeated reference to "sunrise" and "dawn" are things that fit in with my mindset back when I was the only writer on EE.
