Why does IE redirect to Timeline of Ermarian, not Imperial Era? IE stands for the latter, so the either Imperial Era should be merged into Timeline of Ermarian, or this article should redirect to Imperial Era instead. - I guess it's because we usually link to IE in reference to important events which can be seen relative to other events in the timeline. Or something. --Drakey 07:36, 14 September 2006 (CDT)
- We discussed this when I put the timeline together. Basically, it would make more sense to link each mention of a year to the timeline, and the IEs to Imperial Era. But that would create a huge mess of work to do (huge) and not make EE any more functional. The timeline page does explain what BP and IE mean.
