Tinraya is located in Footracer Province on Valorim. Tinraya is both the capital of Footracer Province and of Valorim. Formerly a great fortress and place of research, after the deadly plague of alien beasts took over Tinraya, it was rebuilt to stand as a beacon of learning and the benevolence of the Empire.
