The silver circlet is one of the artifacts brought into Avernum by the First Expedition. It was later acquired by Mayor Meena of Spire in the Abyss. Adventurers later stole it from her on behalf of the dragon Sulfras. Its current whereabouts are unknown: Sulfras could have taken it with her to the surface, or had it taken from her during her imprisonment during the Empire-Avernum War.
Nothing is known of the circlet's powers.
