Vicky

Vicky was an innkeeper living in Blosk who was voted mayor in 813 IE, a position she holds to this very day. At first she tried to do both jobs, but when being the mayor started to take most of her time she quit the inn.

During the Empire-Avernum War in 823 IE her assistant, Bruce, was exposed as a traitor by the Empire War Heroes.

In 855 IE Vicky became unbalanced due to the influence of the Red Shade of Hatred that afflicted Blosk. After being assured by some mages on her payroll, she ordered the catastrophic attack on the Shade. The attack failed and the shade destroyed most of the city. Vicky was left to shoulder the blame.
