Empire liaison

Empire liaison is a type of job that reports on an assigned area, and gives those reports to the Crown via Imperial couriers. They are, in theory, inferior to the Mayors, Commanders, and other leaders they serve, but in practice many Empire liasons abuse their power as the only reporter to the Empire.
