The Honeycomb is a network of snaking cave passages and caverns below the Eastern Gallery and east of the Great Cave. The Honeycomb proper included the lair of Athron before she relocated to the mountains of Valorim. The province of the Honeycomb, however, extends to cover all of the area between the Eastern Gallery and the Great Cave.
Dangers
The Honeycomb is known to be a terrible confusing labyrinth, and many adventurers which entered this area were never seen again. Few humans live in the caves, except hermits. The Honeycomb is also known to be swarming with aggressive Slithzerikai, hostile Spiders and some other creatures.
