The following is a fragment of a description of the Aizoan Empire. If at any point this Empire is chronicled, this should probably be included...

This Empire was then apparently led by a senate of noble houses who elected the Emperor amongst themselves. It is not known if the Imperial title was hereditary at that point. Around 100 BP, after several decades of growing instability, the Aizoan Empire collapsed leading first to civil war and eventually to a dark age of smaller feudalistic nations. However, the heir of the last Emperor (Baltimore I) was growing up on Pralgad, and in 65 BP began to use diplomacy, military prowess and charisma to unite the rivalling factions and take over power.
