Talk:Garzahd
Wiki Standard
Wiki standard means: No comments within an article. "(is this correct?)" does not belong there. (please edit) is a redundancy in a wiki if there ever was one! ;-) If the article needs to be corrected, it will be edited. Just write whatever you want, and other people will go over it and improve it.
Also, internal links are necessary. Wherever you refer to something that another article is about, you should link to that article - as in Hawthorne III and Erika. --- Arancaytar | Send Reply! --- That is not dead which can eternal lie... 05:33, 2 Sep 2005 (CEST)
Howar
Where did the information that Howar was a priest (let alone high priest) come from? The only Howars I can find in the game are the Blackcrag alchemist in E3/A3, plus the figure in the A3 prologue who watches Hawthorne's death along with Garzahd. If they're even the same person. --- Slartucker 07:16, 7 February 2006 (CST)
- I don't remember where I first heard it, but it might have been from Drakefyre. Now that I think of it, Howar's profession is left out of the game, and his involvement in the Empire-Avernum War is practically zilch - odd when you consider that Howar appears to be a colleage of Garzahd in advising Hawthorne. - Howar has a priest/high priest graphic and is Hawthorne's advisor, so I'd imagine he is some sort of high priest. And I'd say he's different from the Blackcrag alchemist. --Drakey
- I looked up his dialogue, and he says "we mages" at one point, so the text agrees, two Howars. (FYI) --- Slartucker 12:51, 7 February 2006 (CST)

Section divisions
I'm really not sure why an article of this length absolutely needs section dividers. If this were a long article, the entire current text could easily fit in one section under "Biography"; it might be truncated if it were longer, but it isn't. Since this article basically is a biography, I don't see the issue. -- Slarty 20:42, 22 March 2007 (PDT)
- But putting in section dividers makes it easier to see if anything is missing... -- Arancaytar | Send Reply! --- That is not dead which can eternal lie... 23:03, 22 March 2007 (PDT)
