With article or without?

For some reason, I always thought of it as "the" Scimitar, since "Scimitar" is not a proper name but rather a curved blade that was apparently their symbol. Is it actually "Scimitar" in the games?

It's with 'the'. You can move/change as you see fit. Drakey
