Delan is a city in southern Krizsan Province, on the south end of Valorim. It is west of Krizsan itself, south of the Pergies mines, and east of Delis.
Crime
Delan is well known as a city of pirates, and travelers going there should be wary of thievery of any sorts, including banditry.
The Plagues
During the Plagues of Valorim, the Slimes didn't affect Delan nearly as much as other cities, due to its distance from the Slime Pit, and thus the Alien Slime and its Slime Pools. What did affect Delan however, was the Quarantine of Valorim. Trade ground to a halt, and sailors roamed around unemployed.
