Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a basic place for discussion. However, I find that while MediaWiki lends itself excellently to generating and organizing content, actual conversation is kind of a hassle. It's not laid out as a discussion board. So I'm setting one up. Just a small one, phpBB probably. That would be here:

A plus about the forum is that you can link to a wiki article simply by writing [URL=EE:Entry]Entry[/URL], and EE: will automatically transform to the site URL that you would otherwise have to enter by hand.

Other Scenarios
We've made a lot of progress incorporating game canon into EE. I've attacked Bestiary and Persons and they look pretty good now. Not entirely complete, but extensive. The only really critical things we are missing, it seems to me, are Valorim geography (especially the province entries) and the game canon history pieces -- the ones on A1, A2 (I will finish that) and A4. (The herbarium and some other categories are pretty bare, but they aren't essential.)
We should begin discussing which scenarios are fair game for incorporation into EE. I was discussing this with TM tonight. I know there are some points of contention among Drakey, *i, TM, Alec, Ash, and any other Big Name scenario designers I've left out. Nonetheless, I think we can come up with some basic guidelines that can sideline the disagreements. For example, I know we aren't including information that extends more than a little beyond Present Day, which TM tells me knocks out all of his scenarios as well as *i's.
Aran, Drakey, lurking oldbies, can you suggest some other guidelines?
I won't be much help when it comes to specific scenarios, since I haven't played most of the obvious suspects, like Creator's scenarios. However, once we discuss this, I will volunteer to write the EE statement of purpose and scope that you all keep procrastinating on ;) --- Slarty 23:11, 30 April 2006 (CDT)
- There are not many scenarios that fit within the scope. Some simple ones that make sense are Earthward Road, Justice, and Truffle Days. --Drakey

Spambots
There seems to be a terribly terrible plague of Spambots invading the encyclopedia. Is there some way to make posts Spambot-proof? Would it be possible to add one of those letter-image things to the registration? Any other ideas? Having to undo Spam gets old really fast... I would of posted in the forum but I got a 403 error.

Pictures no longer work
It must have been one of the last updates but none of the old images work anymore and any new images added do not work either.--Milla 10:39, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
